Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You can connect your domain, run your first audit, and see AI citation results before committing.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you'll only be charged the prorated difference.
What counts as an "AI prompt run"?
Each time we test one of your tracked prompts against one AI engine (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Gemini) counts as one run. For example, tracking 10 prompts across 4 engines weekly = 40 runs/week = ~160/month.
Where is my data stored?
All data is hosted in EU data centers (Germany and the Netherlands). We are fully GDPR-compliant by default — no data ever leaves the EU. For Enterprise customers we offer region-specific hosting in France, Italy, or Spain on request.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — annual billing is 20% off all plans. Enterprise customers receive additional volume discounts based on domains, seats, and integration requirements.
Do you have an agency partner program?
Yes. Our agency partners get 20% recurring commission on referred accounts, a dedicated CSM, co-marketing opportunities, and early access to new features. Apply on our agencies page.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe, SEPA Direct Debit for EU accounts, and bank transfer for annual Agency and Enterprise plans. We invoice in EUR with VAT handled automatically for EU businesses.
Is there a setup fee?
Never. All plans include onboarding, domain setup, and your first crawl. Enterprise customers optionally receive a guided implementation with their CSM.
