Terms of Service
The rules of using Traffic Builders, explained without legalese.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using Traffic Builders you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Service description
Traffic Builders is a SaaS platform providing search visibility tracking, technical SEO audits, AI citation monitoring, topic analysis, and related features across Google, Bing, and AI answer surfaces.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old or have consent from a parent/guardian. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent access controls
- Resell the service without a written agreement
- Scrape or abuse our APIs beyond documented rate limits
- Upload malicious code or attack other users
5. Payment and cancellation
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time via your account settings. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first subscriptions. Agency and Enterprise annual contracts have specific terms in your agreement.
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance. Enterprise customers have a specific uptime SLA in their agreement.
7. Intellectual property
Traffic Builders, the platform, and all related IP belong to us. Your data and your reports belong to you. We grant you a license to use the platform while your subscription is active.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party can terminate at any time with written notice. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days, after which it will be deleted per our retention policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the courts of Amsterdam, except where EU consumer law provides otherwise.
