Traffic Builders ("we", "us") is operated by Traffic Builders, registered in 58 Street Georgi Dimitrov, 2587 Bersin, Kyustendil, Bulgaria. You can reach us at platform@trafficbuilders.eu.
2. What data we collect
When you sign up for an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and the domain(s) you add to your workspace. When you use the platform, we collect usage data (pages visited, features used, timestamps) to improve the service.
When you connect integrations (Google Search Console, GA4, Bing Webmaster Tools), we receive the data you authorize — only what is necessary to provide our service.
3. How we use your data
- To provide and operate the Traffic Builders service
- To send you product updates, security notices, and billing communications
- To analyze and improve our platform
- To comply with legal obligations
We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Where your data is stored
All data is stored in EU data centers, primarily in Germany and the Netherlands. No personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area without your explicit consent.
5. How long we keep your data
Account data is kept while your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion. Usage analytics are aggregated and anonymized after 12 months. Backups are retained for 90 days.
6. Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object. To exercise any of these rights, email platform@trafficbuilders.eu. We respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand how our platform is used. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect.
