Our GDPR commitment

Traffic Builders is committed to the letter and spirit of the General Data Protection Regulation. This page summarizes how we comply and what rights you have as a data subject.

1. Data controller

For your account data: you are the controller, we are the processor. You decide what data you upload and how it's used within the platform.

For usage data: we are the controller, acting under legitimate interest to operate and improve the service.

2. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

All customers automatically benefit from our standard DPA, which is available on request at platform@trafficbuilders.eu. Enterprise customers can sign a counter-signed DPA with their contract.

3. Sub-processors

We use carefully selected sub-processors for specific services (hosting, email, analytics). All sub-processors are GDPR-compliant and either EU-based or operate under standard contractual clauses. A current list is available at platform@trafficbuilders.eu.

4. Data residency

All customer data is stored exclusively in EU data centers (Germany and the Netherlands). Backups are also EU-only. No transatlantic data transfers occur.

5. Your rights

• Right of access — request a copy of your data
• Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — request deletion
• Right to restriction — limit processing
• Right to data portability — receive your data in machine-readable format
• Right to object — opt out of certain processing
• Right to lodge a complaint — with your national Data Protection Authority

6. Security measures

Encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Role-based access control. Regular security audits. Incident response within 72 hours per Article 33. Two-factor authentication on all admin accounts.

7. Data breach notification

In the unlikely event of a data breach, we notify affected customers within 72 hours of becoming aware, providing details of the incident, impact, and mitigation steps.
